Biology

Feraligatr is a crocodile-like Pokémon. Totodile evolves into Croconaw, which subsequently evolves into Feraligatr. Feraligatr are typically depicted as bipedal, as well as displaying a temper and brutish strength.

Design & origin

Feraligatr's name comes from the words "feral" and "alligator". The ten character limit of Gold and Silver resulted in its name being shortened from "Feraligator" to "Feraligatr".

Forms

HoldsFeraligite

Mega Feraligatr gains a large red helmet that closes down on its spiked arms. These combine to form a more powerful set of jaws, and it is similar to Totodile.
