Biology

Salandit can only evolve into Salazzle if it is a female. It burns its bodily fluids to create a poisonous gas. When its prey become disoriented from inhaling the gas, it attacks them.

Because male Salandit repeatedly offer their food to females, they suffer from malnutrition and are unable to evolve.
