How it works in Champions

The user swaps its held item with the target's held item. Fails if both the user and the target have no held item, or if the user is trying to give or take a to or from the species that can Mega Evolve with it. The target is to this move if it has the Sticky Hold Ability.

“The user trades held items with the target faster than the eye can follow.”
