How to use it
Any Fairy-type attack becomes Max Starfall while its user is Dynamaxed. It’s physical or special, as that move is, and its power comes from that move’s. Dynamax is in Sword & Shield, not in Pokémon Champions.
Gigantamax forms with a G-Max Move of this type use that instead: G-Max Smite and G-Max Finale.

How it works in Gen VIII
Power is equal to the base move's power. If this move is successful, the effect of Misty Terrain begins. This effect does not happen if the user is not Dynamaxed. If this move is used as a base move, it deals damage with a power of 0.
“This is a Fairy-type attack Dynamax Pokémon use. The user turns the ground into Misty Terrain for five turns.”
