How it works in Champions

This attack charges on the first turn and executes on the second. the user's Special Attack by 1 on the first turn. If the user is holding a Power Herb or the is or , the move completes in one turn. If the user is holding Utility Umbrella and the weather is Heavy Rain or Rain, the move still requires a turn to charge.
