How to use it

Any Fighting-type attack becomes All-Out Pummeling when its user holds Fightinium Z, once per battle. It’s physical or special, as that move is, and its power comes from that move’s, from 100 up to 200:

  • Under 60100
  • 60–65120
  • 70–75140
  • 80–85160
  • 90–95175
  • 100180
  • 110185
  • 120–125190
  • 130195
  • 140 and up200

A few moves have a Z-power of their own: a move that hits several times counts all its hits (Bullet Seed: 140), and moves whose power changes have a set one (Low Kick, Gyro Ball: 160).

How it works in Gen VII

“The user rams an energy orb created by its Z-Power into the target with full force. The power varies, depending on the original move.”
